Ingredientes para 5 guarniciones📸 5 papas medianas 5 dientes de ajo 5 ramitas de Romero Un limon cortado en rodajas Aceite de oliva c/n Pimienta a gusto. Preparacion ❤️ Lavar bien la cascara de las papas, y cortarlas en cuadraditos de 2 cm aproximadamente, colocarlas en una fuente, junto con los ajos pelados, las ramas enteras de Romero fresco, y las rodajas de limón. Tirar un chorro de aceite de oliva, y mezclar bien, para que todas se toquen con ños ingredientes, espolvorear con pimienta molida. Here’s what you’ll need for the chicken👉🏻👉🏻 🔻evoo 🔻chicken tenderloins 🔻salt & pepper 🔻2 shallots, minced 🔻2 cloves garlic, minced 🔻1 cup chicken broth 🔻1 tbsp lemon zest 🔻Juice of 1 fresh lemon 🔻Pinch of red pepper flakes (I used about 1 tsp) 🔻1 tbsp corn starch or flour 🔻1/4 cup plain almond milk (or heavy cream) 🔻Garnishes: Handful freshly chopped parsley and lemon wedges 1️⃣In a skillet heated on medium high, drizzle with 2 tbsp evoo. Add in the chicken tenderloins, season with salt and pepper, and brown for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 2️⃣In the same skillet, add the shallots and garlic and cook until soft and golden brown. Then pour in the chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until 1/2 the sauce is remaining. 3️⃣Turn the heat on low, whisk in the corn starch and the almond milk until completely mixed and thickened. Add the chicken back in and cover with the sauce. Serve with cous-cous (just cook according to package directions, add parsley and red bell pepper if desired!) and steamed broccoli.
