Sometimes I have time to cook and sometimes I don’t. In the past when I found myself short on time I would reach for some kind of processed snack which would leave my body feeling unsatisfied and sluggish. Today I love being able to recognize that my body prefers something more like what you see above ⬆️. Fresh, natural, and chemical-free food that nourishes my body and my mind. Baked Cauliflower ⬇️
Preheat oven to 400. Toss cauliflower florets and gnocchi with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and onion salt. Cook 10 min. Flip and cook for another 5 min.
