FISH TACO BOWLS 🌮 this is one dinner that I am obsessed with doing, perfect for using up any old veggies and hiding them so it doesn’t feel like you’re getting 5-a-day in one meal 🥦 (perfect for kids too!) 🍝 Pumpkin 🎃 and sage 🌿 raviolini! Gluten-Free and Vegan! We found this raviolini in   @sainsburys   by   @ugothrive  . To spice things up and make it more flavoursome we put our own spin on it by making a herby tomato, red pepper sauce. 🍅 The pasta took a minute to cook so making this sauce is really no chore, took about 15 mins tops! ⏱ So this is great for those on a tight schedule. It’s a beautiful geological area here in Denmark and only a two hour drive from my parents. This meal was so good I had to get it from 3 different angles 😭my version of salmon pasta alfredo 🥰 this is definitely a weeknight dinner with a gourmet feel, it only took about 30 minutes to cook⏱and it tastes so good the ingredients are quite minimal too and the only thing I had to chop was the broccoli 🥦 Ingredients: For the salmon -1 teaspoon of fish seasoning -1 pinch of salt -1 pinch of ground black pepper -1 pinch of all purpose seasoning -1tsp of mixed herbs -1/4tsp or a dash of cayenne pepper (optional) Grill on a medium-high heat for 20 minutes or until golden brown For the Alfredo - 500g or 1 small bag of pasta (boiled) - I used penne pasta - 500ml of single cream - 50g of cheese (you can use any cheddar/mozzarella/Parmesan...etc) I used leftover cheese sauce in my story, add your shredded cheese during this step if you are using my story to make this -1 squirt of garlic purée -1/2tbsp of all purpose seasoning - a pinch of salt, pepper and mixed herbs - 1/2tsp cayenne pepper -head of fresh broccoli Step by step instructions will be in my story for the next 24 hours and in my highlights thereafter   #pasta     #creamypasta     #seafoodpasta     #seafood     #salmon     #cream     #seasoning     #cheese     #garlic     #iputgarlicineverything     #foodie     #foodporn     #studentmeals     #studenteats     #tasty     #drippinginsauce     #thedripissosaucy     #30minutemeals     #weeknightdinner     #thursdaydinner     #like     #comment     #share     @proper  _tasty   @buzzfeedtasty

VEGAN curry! (Mild)🥦🥕🍆🌽 so easy and cheap to make, great for using up leftovers too... RECIPE below 👇🏼 . Follow for my easy food ideas ❤ . Ingredients: • 2 garlic cloves, crushed • 1 onion • 1 red pepper • 1 courgette • 1 butternut squash • Half a broccoli • 1 tin coconut milk • 600ml Boiling Water • salt & pepper • 3 Tsp Garam Masala • 2 Tsp Curry Powder Method (If serving with rice, put the rice on to boil 15 mins before serving) 》Dice onion, courgette & pepper. Fry all on low heat with crushed garlic until soft. Add a splash of water, Garam Masala and curry powder, fry for 3 mins. 》Add coconut milk & boiling water. Start to simmer. 》Peel & dice butternut squash into chunks (roughly 2x2cm). Cut broccoli into florets and dice the stalk into chunks. Add salt, pepper, butternut squash & broccoli to the pan. 》Simmer for 20-25 mins.
